About us

Baltic Environmental Forum (BEF) is non-governmental organization, which performs activities in regard with environmental protection and sustainable development. BEF takes an active part in formation of environmental politics, raises environmental problems and suggests optimal solution methods, such as project implementation, lobbying, guidance, public education and awareness raising.

BEF has a great experience in fields of safe and responsible control over hazardous substances, climate change, biodiversity protection and development of its favorable conservation status, control of water resources, environmental management development and fast enhancement of qualification regards communication with consumers.

Since 2003 BEF belongs to international net – BEF group, which includes its offices in Latvia, Estonia, German and Russia.
